Terms of service
Last updated: 27 September 2026. These terms apply to every order placed on Follow4Me. By creating an account or placing an order you accept them.
1. What Follow4Me is
Follow4Me is an online service that delivers social media engagement (followers, likes, views, comments, members and similar) to a public profile, post or channel that you designate. Services are listed on the Services page with their price per 1,000 units, minimum and maximum quantity and, where available, an estimated speed.
2. Account
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a legal guardian, to use Follow4Me. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for every order placed from your account. One person may hold one account. Accounts used for fraud, chargebacks, resale to third parties without agreement, or automated abuse may be suspended without notice.
3. No password, public content only
We never ask for the password of your social media accounts. Delivery relies on the public link you provide. The profile, post or channel must stay public for the whole duration of the order. If it is private, deleted, renamed or restricted during delivery, the order may be cancelled or marked partial and only the delivered part is charged.
4. Prices, balance and payment
Prices are shown before you confirm an order and are charged from your account balance. You top up your balance with the payment methods offered on the Add funds page; the balance is credited as soon as the payment is confirmed. Balance is not cash: it can only be used to place orders on Follow4Me. Payment fees or minimum amounts, when they exist, are shown next to each payment method.
5. Delivery
Delivery usually starts within minutes after the order is placed and proceeds at the pace indicated for the service. Indicated speeds and start times are estimates, not guarantees: social platforms change their rules at any time and this can slow down or interrupt a delivery. Do not place a second order on the same link while a delivery is in progress on it; overlapping orders cannot be tracked separately and are not refundable.
6. Drops, refills and guarantees
Social platforms regularly remove accounts and interactions they consider inactive or artificial. A decrease after delivery ("drop") is therefore possible on every service. Services marked with a refill or guarantee period include free refills for that period, from your Orders page, within the limits described in the service. Services without such mention are sold without a refill guarantee.
7. Refunds and cancellations
An order that could not be started is fully refunded to your balance. An order that stopped before the full quantity was delivered is marked partial and the undelivered part is refunded to your balance. Orders that were delivered as described are not refundable. Orders on a wrong link, a private profile or a deleted post are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are made to the account balance; a refund to the original payment method may be granted for an unused balance on request, minus payment processor fees, within 14 days of the top-up.
8. Chargebacks and disputes
If you have a problem with an order, open a ticket from your account first: most issues are solved within one business day. A payment dispute or chargeback opened without contacting support leads to the immediate suspension of the account and of any pending delivery, and to the recovery of the disputed amount from the balance.
9. Acceptable use
You may only order services for profiles and content that you own or that you are authorised to promote. It is forbidden to use Follow4Me to harass, impersonate, spread illegal content, manipulate votes, contests or paid programs, or to target a third party without consent. We may refuse or cancel any order that breaks these rules or the rules of the platform concerned.
10. Platform rules and risks
Follow4Me is not affiliated with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Telegram, X or any other platform. Using engagement services may go against the terms of those platforms; you use Follow4Me knowing this and at your own risk. We are not liable for actions taken by a platform on your account.
11. Availability and support
We do our best to keep the site available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Support is provided by ticket from your account, 7 days a week. Support is given in English and French.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to Follow4Me is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of revenue, reputation or data.
13. Changes
We may update these terms and the services at any time. The version published on this page applies to orders placed after its publication date.
Privacy policy
Data we collect. To run your account we store your username, email address, hashed password, language, timezone, IP address at signup and login, the links and quantities of your orders, your payments (amount, method, date; card details are handled only by the payment provider and never reach our servers) and your support tickets.
Why we use it. To deliver and track your orders, credit your balance, answer your tickets, prevent fraud and abuse, and send you the emails you enable in Account, Notifications. We do not sell your data and we do not send advertising emails without your consent.
Who can see it. Our staff, the payment providers that process your payments, and the technical providers that host the service. The links you order are transmitted to our delivery systems; your identity is never attached to them.
Retention. Account and order data are kept while your account is active and for the period required by accounting and anti-fraud obligations, then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights. You can access, correct or delete your data, or close your account, by opening a ticket from your account. We answer within 30 days.
Cookies. We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in, remember your language and theme, and protect forms against abuse. No advertising cookies are set.
